As your residential real estate mortgage lender, our objective is to professionally serve your mortgage needs. We recognize that in providing mortgage services, we have an obligation to safeguard the personal information you entrust to us, as well as other information we may collect as part of the mortgage process.

This notice describes the privacy practices that we have adopted and adhere to in order to protect and ensure the confidentiality of your non-public personal information.

We do not disclose any non-public personal information about our customers, mortgage applicants, or anyone from whom, or on whose behalf, we have obtained or gathered non-public personal information, except as permitted by law. Any such disclosures are made for the purpose of transacting your mortgage business. We do not sell or market your non-public personal information.

We collect non-public personal information about you from the following sources: Information we receive from you on applications, other forms, or orally; Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or with others; and Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency (such as a credit report).

Any such disclosures are made for the purpose of transacting your mortgage business. Examples of disclosures that are made to transact your mortgage business are disclosures to the financial institution purchasing or table funding your loan, or to a mortgage insurance company. We do not sell or market your non-public personal information.

We restrict access to non-public personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with the state and federal regulations to guard your non-public personal information. Our employees are educated on the importance of maintaining the standards we have in place.

We also use a wide variety of data protection procedures, computer hardware and software tools to guard system and data privacy and integrity. Our computer systems are also protected by additional measures intended to prevent unauthorized access.

This is not a mortgage commitment letter of any kind, nor does it suggest that you have any kind of application in process or other relationship with First Service Home Mortgage, Inc. If your loan application has been rejected, this notice does not alter the status of that application.
